When we first heard about the re-imagining of 1987’s RoboCop, we were a bit sceptical. But after we saw the trailers for it, we changed our minds pretty damned quick. The Killing star Joel Kinnaman takes on the role made famous by Peter Weller.
The latest look at the upcoming film begins with a scene-setting intro by Samuel L. Jackson, who plays a TV host in the film.
Soon after, we see officer Alex Murphy (Kinnaman) getting BLOWED THE FUCK UP via car bomb, and waking up to find himself the half-man, half-machine crime fighter that we all know and love. The trailer shows off some pretty bad-ass action sequences too.

See? Told you it was bad-ass. Well, if the movie is as good as the RoboCop trailer shows, we are in for an awesome time.
